The staff here are top-notch. Everything always works: lights, gate, cameras. And the place was always clean for the 4 years I had a unit here. Even the cost increases from 2020-2024 were completely manageable, from $110 up to $146 for a 15x10 unit. They even monitored my unit for when I cleaned it out and cancelled it for me so I wouldn't have to remember. Absolutely a top-5 customer service experience all time for me.

If you need a place to store your stuff that takes care of their customers and their customers stuff this is the place for you!! I have used many storage places in the past but this one is by far the BEST!! Jeremy is on site most days and is awesome! I had an issue with a posting of my bill which was incorrect and one of the owners responded to my phone call message within hours and had it promptly resolved that day!!

Chris in the office is awesome and the property is nice, clean and well-lit after dark. Pricing is great as well. Good Customer Service, clean units and location is perfect for me. Couldn't ask for a better place and would definitely and have recommended to others.
